Hearing Aid Adjustment and Repair

Hearing aids are like other electronic devices in the respect that as they age can wear down over time and not uncommon over time for it to need a repair. Various issues can occur even with proper maintenance of the hearing aids. 

If you should experience an issue that needs repair, Dr. Philip can diagnose broken hearing aids and help determine what kind of repair is necessary. Some minor hearing aid repairs can be done in the office setting in a short period of time; others will need to be sent to the manufacturer for repair. 

If you have hearing aids that were not fit in our office, we are happy to TRY to repair your hearing aids—but some hearing aid facilities may “lock” the hearing aids as they can only be repaired and/or adjusted at the facility it was purchased.

 We can service most major manufacturers of hearing aids and can tell you in the office if yours is a brand we service. Hearing aids come with a warranty when purchased new. If your warranty has expired, it is still possible to repair most hearing aids with a small fee.
